A two-time NSCAA All-New England player, David remains among a handful of four-time Northeast-10 Conference All-Conference selections in league history. He is the most prolific scorer in Saint Michael’s men’s soccer history, standing first all-time with 112 career points and 49 goals; only two others even have 50 points, and none have as many as 30 goals. Upon induction, David was seventh in NE10 history in goals and ninth in points. As a rookie, he set school records for goals (11) and points (28) while coming within one assist of another mark. David reset his own school standards with league highs of 16 goals and 33 points as a sophomore. On Oct. 1 of his junior year, he became the program’s career scoring leader, and three weeks later, on Oct. 22, he scored all four of the Purple Knights’ goals in a 4-2 win over Assumption College, becoming the fourth player in NE10 history to break the 100-point barrier, but the first to do it as a junior. David had program records of 40 points and 17 goals in that incredible season, and ranked in the nation’s top 20 in scoring. Injuries in his senior season limited his scoring opportunities to five goals and 11 points, but despite his career-low production, the Purple Knights made the NE10 postseason for the first time since 1989, ultimately losing in a quarterfinal to tournament runner-up Quinnipiac University.
