Saint Michael's College

Seanna is one of the most highly decorated field hockey players in College history. A two-time NFHCA All-American, she was also named All Northeast-10 Conference First Team as a senior. She graduated as the program's all-time leading scorer, with 45 goals and 23 assists for 113 points, breaking a record that had been in place for 12 years. At the time of her induction, she remains the all-time scoring leader, and continues to hold several Purple Knight records. After scoring nine goals and five assists over her first two seasons, Seanna really poured it on as a junior and senior. She scored 18 goals in each of her last two years, and added 18 assists over that span. Over her four-year career, the team was 42-30 (.583 winning percentage) and made four trips to the Northeast-10 Final Four. A team captain, she was also an outstanding student, and was the recipient of the prestigious Roger Keleher '15 Award in 2000 as the College's top female senior student-athlete. Having also received the Victor V. LeMieux '35 Award as a junior, Seanna is a member of a very special group. She is the only student-athlete in College history to ever receive the LeMieux Award before her senior year, and she joins Hall of Famers Kathy O'Neil '81 and Amy Molina '93 as the only people to receive two major awards during their undergraduate years.
