Nearly 40 years after graduating, Pam remains one of the College’s most prolific scorers, finishing with 32 goals and 71 points during three seasons of varsity play. Her goal total has been surpassed only by fellow Hall of Famers Nicole Cremo '95 and Michelle Bougor '98, who both played four years and twice as many games. During her first fall on campus, Pam had three goals and three assists as the Purple Knights played their final season as a club program. One of the rare three-year captains in the history of Saint Michael’s Athletics, Pam broke out for 14 goals and 33 points – setting school records that stood for more than a decade – as a sophomore in her team’s varsity debut season, when head coach Al Flory referred to her as being among the “basic foundation” of the team for an article in The Defender. Pam holds the distinction of assisting Beth Roberts ’85 on the first varsity goal in program history, and her 38-year-old school mark for points in a game still stands. She netted nine goals with one assist as both a junior and senior, as the Purple Knights won five games each year. Pam was named her team’s offensive MVP as a senior. During her three-year varsity career, she and her teammates helped build the foundation for a program that was among the College’s most successful by the end of the 1980s and into the early 1990s.
