One of the most outstanding basketball players ever to play at Saint Michael's. In a dazzling three-year career, the "Falcon" was twice named All-State and All- East, named to the ECAC Honor Roll for six consecutive weeks in 1966-67, and named Vermont Athlete of the Month for December, 1966. He led the Purple Knights to the New England Division II Title in 1967, and was named MVP and All-Tournament for the championship tourney. Named a UPI All-American, Fourth Team in 1967. Was a starter in the New England College All-Star Game in 1967. Holds five College scoring records, including most points in a game, which he established on February 27, 1967 when he scored 51 points against Hartwick. Finished his career with 1,431 points. He was a ninth-round draft pick for the St. Louis Hawks in 1967; one of only two players in SMC history to be drafted by the NBA. His jersey, #32, has been retired from active use.
