Mark is highly regarded as one of the top forwards in the history of the Saint Michael's basketball program.  At the time of his induction, he is the only Purple Knight basketball player to be named All-Conference four straight years, and was also a two-time All-ECAC selection. Mark made a huge impact right away in 1993-94, leading the team in scoring and breaking the College's freshman scoring record.  He captured every major rookie award that year - Rookie of the Year by the NABC, ECAC, Northeast-10, and Vermont All-Division, and was named All-East by Eastern Basketball Magazine. A consistent and durable force as a four-year starter, he didn't miss a game over his career.  He was only the fifth player in College history to break the 1,000-point barrier before his senior season, and finished his career ranked #7 all-time with 1,612 points.  He graduated holding several team records and ranked among all-time program leaders in rebounding, steals, and assists. The Knights were 71-41 (.633) during his career, and captured NE-10 and ECAC Championships.  In 1997, he led his team to its first NCAA tournament appearance in 11 years, and his  two free throws with 0.9 seconds remaining beat Adelphi University in OT, 86-85 -and brought the Knights their first NCAA tournament win in nearly a quarter century!
